Delivery

You decide where your parcel is delivered

Your parcel can be delivered wherever you decide: at home, on holiday, at work…

We are able deliver to the address that you have chosen, in Hong Kong .For deliveries outside of Hong Kong, taxes and customs fees will be charged to the delivery address and will be requested at the time of the delivery.

The bill will be sent with the parcel unless the delivery and invoice address are different.

Shipping

In order that you receive your goods in the best conditions and time delays, we have chosen the following delivery companies.

HONG KONG deliveries

  • Small / light parcels will be delivered by SF EXPRESS within 2 to 3 days.
  • Big / heavy products will be delivered directly by the seller . If you have chosen to be contacted prior to delivery the courier company will call you within 3 to 5 days to arrange for a delivery date and time. All deliveries of big/bulky items are automatically kerbside deliveries. Should you wish to be delivered to your flat or into you house, this is possible on request with extra delivery charges. In order to get a quote for this type of delivery, please contact our customer service. Please note that if there is no suitable access for the lorry, the order will be delivered to the kerbside.

Returns

CASA QUADRA LTD and its partners stand by the quality of the products we supply and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. For returns, please contact Customer Service at service@hongkongdeco.com to obtain a return authorization number. Include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number. (Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.) Please provide us with a detailed reason for your return.

T Customer has the legal right to cancel his Order within seven (7) working days, starting on the day after the day on which the goods are received.

Our returns & refunds policy on standard goods that aren’t damaged: Please contact us to discuss a return or exchange within 7 working days starting on the day after the day on which the goods are received. Any goods returned must be packed in their original packaging. CASA QUADRA LTD. may claim refund to the Customer in case of damaged products or goods which have been used and sent without applying reasonable care.

To avoid any excess charges by returning the product(s) to our warehouse, we can organize a courier service to pick up the goods. The courier service will call you to arrange a good time to pick up the un-wanted product(s). The amount that will be charged is based on the cost of the transport between the customers address and our London address only.

You are also able to organise the return yourself, at your cost to the address mentioned above.

Recycling old batteries: if you’re buying a new item, we would be happy to help you recycling old small batteries used in electrical appliances.

Delivery areas – Delays – Shipment costs

Delivery dates and shipment costs are communicated for every order whilst placing the order. These will also be confirmed by e-mail after the order has been placed. Delivery costs are calculated depending on the Hong Kong district, size, weight and quantity ordered.

If you are not in when the goods are delivered, the driver will put a card through your door. You can also opt for an upgrade delivery: choose a morning or an afternoon slot or a Saturday morning for a small additional charge (amount indicated on the card).

If your order is delivered via courier you will have to call them and re-arrange another delivery.

> If one or several items are not in stock when placing your order, we will update you within 48 hours .The delivery times will be extended as indicated in your shopping basket or you will be able to cancel the order of some items.
